Cervelo Aspero Rival XPLR AXS 1x Gravel Bike

In the early days of gravel riding we made do with what we had, but that’s no longer the case. Cervelo’s vast knowledge of cycling has expanded to include an array of modern gravel bikes, like the Aspero Rival XPLR AXS 1x Gravel Bike. This bike in particular is for riders who have that hunger that cannot be satiated with a simple out-and-bike on local gravel paths. This is the bike for exploration, for conquering, and for racing toward unknown terrain.

The Aspero is for pure, unapologetic freedom and speed. Whether we’re chasing KOMs, PRs, or FKTs, we know we can count on this bike to take us further, faster. It’s reminiscent of racing stiffness and performs like we want our road bike to perform off-road. The Trail Mixer — a flip-chip in the fork — keeps the trail measurement consistent no matter if we’re riding with 650b or 700c tires, and we like that we’re able to get up to a 40mm tire up front. There are many ways to do gravel, but the Aspero does it, in our opinion, the right way. Stiffness and handling work harmoniously to ensure the bike is responsive and reliable, and the power of disc brakes ensures stopping capabilities are up to snuff no matter the weather or terrain.
